Why yoga at Joy?
Because yoga is for everyone, and we mean everyone. If you think you’re too stiff for yoga, it’s like saying you’re too dirty to take a bath—it’s all the more reason to dive in!
At Joy, yoga is about stepping out of your mind and connecting to your body and breath. It’s a chance to move with joy, to create space, and to simply be. There’s no perfect pose here—just a place to be playful, to experiment, and to let movement bring you back to yourself.

Autumn is a 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama Yoga Alliance approved teacher, as well as holding an additional 50 hr Yin Yoga training certificate. Autumn’s yoga journey started 9 years ago attending Vinyasa flow classes and increasingly yoga became an integral part of her life. Autumn trained at the Wild Warrior Yoga School in Spain, and has taught classes in Costa Rica, Sweden, the UK, and on zoom. Autumn also hosts seasonal yoga retreats around Europe.
Autumn’s classes are about reconnecting with your body and breath in a grounded yet engaging way. She integrates pranayama, breathwork, and poetry, drawing from the structure of Ashtanga with a fresh, playful approach that invites exploration and presence.
Tuesday Online Yin Yang yoga
This energising class combines gentle Yin stretches with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, creating the perfect balance to awaken, stretch, and strengthen your body for the day ahead. Open to all levels. You just need a mat and comfortable clothes.
